3 Reasons To Follow Can’t Swing a Cat On Pinterest

August 29, 2016 by

That’s right. I’m pleased to announce that after months of procrastination, Can’t Swing a Cat finally has its very own Pinterest account. I know I’m really late to the Pinterest party but it just all looked so complicated. Besides, with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to contend with, adding yet another addictive ingredient to my already pretty strong social media cocktail just didn’t seem like a good idea.

But, after a long Bank Holiday pinning marathon, I’m actually feeling really excited about using Pinterest as a way of sharing my own content, reading the blog posts of others, and communicating with you guys.

Over the last 3 days, I’ve discovered so many amazing bloggers that I’ve somehow never heard of before, I’ve learnt tons of new money tricks and I’ve gained plenty of inspiration. I’m hooked! If you want to get involved, you can follow Can’t Swing a Cat on Pinterest here.

So why should you follow Can’t Swing a Cat on Pinterest?

1. You’ll get to see all Can’t Swing a Cat posts at a glance

As the picture above shows, by following Can’t Swing a Cat on Pinterest you’ll get to see all my blog posts at a glance and easily pick the ones you want to read (they aren’t all on there just yet but they will be eventually).

2. You’ll uncover plenty of amazing money tips from personal finance experts

You’ll also get to see really helpful articles written by fellow money experts (lol at ‘fellow‘ - who do I think I am?) and handpicked and pinned by me. I promise not to pin any old rubbish!

3. You’ll tackle your finances while having a bloody good time!

Without wanting to sound really sad, I think one of the best ways to tackle your finances is to really immerse yourself in all things money, career and wealth related. By surrounding yourself with likeminded people and reading the stories of those on a mission to improve their money situation, you’re far more likely to stick with your finance goals without losing your mind. I really think Pinterest is going to be a great help! Let’s be Pinterest friends.

I’ve got several boards on the go at the moment, sharing everything from side hustle tips to inspirational home mini bars (stocking a mini bar might sound pricey but it’s sure as hell cheaper than buying booze in clubs).

If you’re into cooking (and even if you’re not) there’s also a ‘healthy & wealthy’ cooking section which will share tons of yummy recipes that won’t blow your budget. Why fork out to eat at a restaurant when you can make something 10x more delicious at home, ey?

Are you on Pinterest? If so, give me a follow and say hello! I’d love to have a look at your pins (that sounds creepy) and see what’s inspiring you at the moment.

Also, if you spot a blog post of mine that you absolutely love, I’d really appreciate it if you could give it a pin! Slowly but surely I’m making each blog post Pinterest-friendly but I still have a way to go before they’re all done and dusted. Give me a shout if there’s a particular post you love and I’ll whip a picture up as soon as I can 🙂
