Updated 22nd November 2016: Good news! New Spotify Premium customers can now get three months of music for just 99p.
Usually Spotify Premium costs £9.99 a month (though students are entitled to 50% off normally) so this deal means you’ll only be paying 33p a month, saving you £28.98 for the three months!
I’ve been using Spotify for a good few years now. At first I made use of their free version, but then I got tired of the adverts in between songs so I upgraded to Spotify Premium. This now allows me to access millions of tracks at my fingertips no matter where I am. Spotify Premium also lets you to download the tracks to your phone, so that you can listen to them even if you aren’t connected to the internet. This is particularly ideal if you don’t want to run up a big data bill.
Because of this deal, I’m guessing a lot of current Spotify Premium account owners will be thinking of deleting their subscriptions and signing up again to make use of this Spotify deal.
It’s worth noting that by signing up for a new account you won’t be able to access all your old playlists that you created before. If you don’t mind a fresh start this might not be a big deal.
To make use of this great offer, visit the Spotify Premium website.
Worth noting: You can cancel at any point in the Spotify 3 month trial but if you don’t cancel before the three months are up you’ll be automatically signed up for the monthly payments at £9.99. I’d definitely recommend sticking with Spotify Premium if you’re going to use it though, it’s well worth a tenner if you listen to music a lot.
If you’re a student, don’t forget to make use of the Spotify Premium student discount. Read the full T&Cs.
