Better Batter Pancake & Biscuit Mixfeatured
During one of my regular visits to Home Sense recently, I stumbled upon this Better Batter Pancake & Biscuit Mix along with several other lovely looking gluten free treats.
At just £2.99 for a box, I couldn’t resist and so I snapped it up and took it back to Jake’s house before handing it over to him. It’s worth mentioning that I’m pretty useless in the kitchen and so almost anything edible that you see on this blog is likely to have been whipped up by Jake.
We didn’t bother making the biscuits on this occasion and instead stuck to making pancakes before adding bananas, strawberries and honey on top. They were delicious!
If, like me, you are someone who needs to eat gluten-free, I’d definitely recommend giving this Better Batter mix a go. As Better Batter is based in the US, it’s worth keeping an eye out for their products in stores like HomeSense that often stock random ranges. According to the Better Batter website, they’re looking to expand their range in the UK and so they should hopefully be easier to spot very soon.
