I think part of what makes Slimming World so great is the fact that you’re surrounded by like-minded people. Thanks to weekly groups and weigh ins, you’re able to get regular support and motivation from both your consultant and fellow members. But what about when you go home and are left to your own devices all week? How can you make sure that you stick to the plan and continue to feel inspired?
To ensure that I stay on track I started to follow other Slimming World members on Instagram. I’ve never met any of these slimmers in real life, but seeing their daily posts has really helped to stop me from going astray.

Winner of Woman of the Year 2014, Zz_holmess has lost a fantastic 3 and a half stone during her time at Slimming World. Follow her for lots of delicious yet easy to make meal ideas.

Proof that Slimming World really does work, Jo has lost a whopping 11 stone! Jo shows that SW is all about having everything in moderation. If you want a chocolate bar, go ahead and have one. As long as you even it out with plenty of free and super free too.

Eating healthy can be hard, especially if you’re always busy and on the go. Kayleigh juggles working with raising her two children. But she proves that it’s perfectly possible to set a little bit of time aside to eat delicious food with plenty of variation.

Emma has lost 13 stone since June 2011. She’s won Slimming World awards, been invited to fancy SW parties and has even been mentioned in local papers. By making as much food in advance you can avoid cheating and prevent yourself from snacking on too many synful treats.

Jessica’s progress is pretty inspirational to say the least. After losing 60lbs so far, at the time of writing she’s just 4lbs away from her target which she hopes to achieve by Christmas. If you’re looking to follow in her footsteps and achieve your goals, then Jessica proves that you certainly don’t have to deprive yourself of treats. Her Instagram account is filled with suggestions, good and “bad”. Look out for everything from cinnamon pancakes with yogurt and super free fruits, to a cheeky Toblerone to satisfy your chocolate cravings.
